Enlightened Ambience Dickens Christmas Candles Review

I received these Enlightened Ambience Dickens Christmas Candles for free in exchange for my honest review.

They are cinnamon and juniper scented and brightly colored. They come in a big box set of 24. And I won’t lie. I burned through them all in one evening. About 3 hours, to be exact.

The smell doesn’t get stronger as they burn, like with a lot of other candles. Take that how you will, I like being able to smell the candle before burning and for it to smell the same while burning. These do just that.

They burn very quickly. But they are votives, so that’s just part of the game. I wish mine had lasted longer, but it was pretty in the house at least for one evening 😉

**Update: I learned that if I had placed each votive in a smaller holder, they would’ve lasted longer as intended. The wax won’t puddle in the bottom like mine did, and it will have a cleaner burn. Maybe I should do another post about proper candle burning? I need to learn too!**

I actually put a few in empty candle jars to burn, and they did fairly well. If you’d like to see more information about these Enlightened Ambience Dickens Christmas candles, you can view them here on Amazon. <– affiliate link, if you choose to purchase these candles, I will earn a commission.
