I made this cheap Valentine’s Day decoration with just a deck of playing cards, a pair of scissors, some tape and some ribbon.
To make, pull out all the cards for the suit of hearts. Stack them to the side. The rest of the cards you can turn over and cut them into hearts. Cut length of ribbon to desired length with a few extra inches added on to tie knots in the ends. Tape the cards onto the ribbon as shown. Hang up.
That’s it! Super easy and cheap too!
