I made this super easy crock pot casserole for Christmas morning. It was the first time I tried it and I was hoping to impress the in laws. Sad thing was, I wasn’t impressed but they said they were. I made mine plain. Should have crumbled brown sugar on top or added some apple slices. I’m sure it can be redeemed somehow. Here’s what I did:
