I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review.
Our pantry has a shelf devoted to cake mixes. I’m not kidding! It’s not really even because we like cake that much. I just really like a good deal with coupons and I love being able to whip up something quickly for parties and potlucks.
My metal muffin pain has become a bit worn for the wear. That “stainless” label is far worn over with black and brown burnt marks. It’s clean, but it doesn’t really come clean… I take pics of food all the time, but not of my cupcakes in process. I hope I’m not the only one like this lol!
So when I received the opportunity to try out a silicone baking pan by Brilliant Chef, I was interested to say the least.
The silicone makes the muffin pan flexible. Which means it’s super easy to remove cupcakes and muffins. If they don’t pop right out, you can just push them up from the underside of the pan. One thing to note, you’ll still need to use a metal pan. A cookie sheet to be exact. Just set the silicone muffin pan on the metal cookie sheet to keep things level. You want things level, trust me! If things aren’t level, the batter might overflow or you might get some lopsided cupcakes.
I love the bright colors of this silicone muffin pan. And that it comes with some extras to boot. But this is where my con comes in. The extra goodies made the box unsealable. So I received my package open from Amazon. Each individual item was still sealed in it’s packing, but my box was popped open and then packed inside an Amazon box. Other than that, I’m in love with my new muffin pan. It’s easy to use and easy to clean!
