Alilihen Foldable Headphones Review

I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. However, I only accept review invitations for products I feel my readers would also enjoy or benefit from.

My ears and music have a problem. Ear buds. They’re the standard accessory included with every iPhone. And since we’re an Apple family, I have a slew of unused ear buds.

Why unused?

Well, quite simply, because they don’t work for me. They either slide right out of my ear or they just plain hurt. Ear buds and my ears have a love hate relationship. Sure it’s great to have ear buds because they fit in your pocket, but the pain for me isn’t worth it. So I just don’t listen to music often.

When I saw the Alilihen foldable headphones, I was interested. I needed a solution for my ear bud problem, and foldable headphones wouldn’t necessarily be comparable to ultra portable ear buds, but they could try. So I thought I’d give them a try.

I need some new music to listen to. Any suggestions? Need to test out my #headphones ????

At first touch, they feel very nice in the hand. The vinyl covering is soft and almost a leather like supple. The cord is similar to a drawstring, which I love. These kinds of cords don’t get tangled up so easily. They do fold down a bit, mostly just the ear piece folding under the head band. But that does make them fit into my purse a bit less awkwardly. The ear piece sits on the ear, not around. And it’s so comfortable! Like little pillows on my head. Plus the headband doesn’t grip my head too tight. That often happens on regular headbands, so I was expecting the same dull headache… not so! The sound is decent, nothing fancy, but that’s fine by me. I don’t need to have fancy. The microphone works great with Siri and calls. My husband said I sounded normal on the phone, so handsfree calling between tracks is quite cool. The only negative I could find was that I didn’t really like the colors. They are fun and vibrant, but more like for teenagers or 20 somethings. But that’s my only con. Overall,  I really like these and will be using them in place of my year buds. Yay to no more achy ears!
