I Got Over $200 In Free Clothing Over The Past 2 Weeks!

clothingThe last few weeks, I have really felt like I hit the jackpot. I’ve gotten a ton of new clothing for free or next to nothing.

Being the cheap and frugal girl I am, it’s been awhile since I’ve shopped for clothing for myself. I mean, I always peruse the clearance racks when I stumble across them. But I haven’t shopped with the intention of shopping only for myself.

Until this month.

It’s been pretty great. I feel pretty great wearing my new things too. And that little ego boost is always nice.

So anyways, let’s get to the details. Here’s how I’ve gotten cheap and free clothing this week.

1.) JCPenney is sending out codes for $10 off a purchase of $10 or more. To get yours, text FB to 527-365. I was able to score several, thanks to friends and family. Plus I used them during the Memorial Day sale. So my buck went even further! Altogether I spent $13 and change and got 2 polos for Bryan, a maxi skirt, lace blouse, inlet blouse, striped tee, and something else I can’t remember! Great great great deals!!

2.) Sears and Kmart Surprise Points. If you don’t have a Shop Your Way rewards card yet, stop. Go now and get one. If you don’t check your Shop Your Way emails, stop that too! Kmart sends surprise point emails several times every month. This month, they sent me (2) $15 off $15, (1) $5 off $5 and (1) $30 off $40. So for only $10, I was able to get $60 worth! Plus I found out recently, that on Shop Your Way Rewards page, they often have contests that basically just give away free points. So I plan to rack up some more shortly 😉

3.) Schoola is back with a new promotion. Use the code HALFDAY to get 50% off your whole purchase, plus there’s free shipping on purchases over $25. I already had a $15 credit, but you can get one for signing up with a new account. Plus, if you create a new collection, you’ll earn another $10. So, if you have $50 worth of stuff in your cart, use the half off code and then your $25 in credits, it’s free. Yes, $50 worth of clothing FREE. Be kind, and use my link to sign up here.

Have you scored any great deals on clothing this week? How do you fit clothing into the budget?

Wow, some great ideas! I tend to forgo shopping and sometimes find myself in a jam when I need to go somewhere! All of a sudden I look at my clothes with fresh eyes and think, wow, I need something new. That’s gotta be the worst time and way to buy clothing!

So true. I buy my husband new clothes long before I think to buy them for myself. It was nice treat to be able to gift myself without feeling guilty. I hate spending too much on myself!

Great work! I don’t typically work clothing into my budget, but if I need something new I’ll check out tj maxx or marshalls first.

Both great stores! I don’t have a budget for clothing. I shop for myself very sparingly. Only when the need is imminent. But this month I felt like I really treated myself!
